Tanya worked at Phoenix Police Department for ten years, first as a Police Aide, then working in the General Investigations Bureau assisting detectives with the preparation of reports for Assaults, Domestic Violence, Sex Crimes, Robbery, Homicide, Auto Theft and other vehicular crimes. Tanya was then promoted to the Missing Persons/Domestic Violence/Assaults Division working directly with detectives.

 

In 2002, Tanya was hired at the National Center for Missing Adults (NCMA) working with Kym Pasqualini until 2009. Tanya served as Lead Case Manager for thousands of families of missing persons, working as a liaison to law enforcement, to include facilitating services for over 13,000 victims of Hurricane Katrina with the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ).

 

Like the rest of the Missing Leads team, Tanya remains a dedicated crime victim advocate and expert in the field of advocacy, missing persons, and unsolved homicides.
