Fugitive Juan Najera Quezada

Juan Najera Quezada is wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a 6-year-old child during 2007, in Chicago, Ill. A federal arrest warrant was issued on September 30, 2008, by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ill., for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

 

Quezada was arrested in August 2007, by officers with the Chicago Police Department, after being identified by the 6-year-old victim. 

At the time, Quezada was residing with a woman who ran day-care from her apartment. The child had been a resident of the same apartment complex.

 

Quezada is also wanted for questioning for allegedly abusing another child while out on bail. 

 

Quezada is a Mexican national and born July 11, 1958. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5' 0" - 5' 4" height, approximately 160 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. Quezada has previously worked as a landscaper.

 

His last place of residence was in IL and may have ties to Northwest IN, and Mexico.

 

Quezada is considered armed and dangerous.
