Ronald Reed Duck, 21, went missing from Pascagoula, Mississippi, on February 14, 1995.

Ronald was serving in the Navy as an electronics technician third class. He was last seen about 50 yards from his ship at the United States Naval Station in Pascagoula. The Navy originally classified him as absent without leave (AWOL) but later classified him as a missing person.

Ronald's maroon truck was found parked in the port's parking lot with a muddy floorboard.

At the time of Ronald's disappearance, he was expecting to be discharged due to medical issues, and he also feared for his life. He had testified against a sailor who was given a dishonorable discharge for substance abuse. The man had then threatened his life.

Ronald was a devoted husband and loved his family, with whom he regularly kept in touch. His wife was pregnant when he disappeared and gave birth six weeks later.

Ronald's disappearance is considered suspicious and foul play is suspected.

If you have any information about the disappearance of Ronald Reed Duck, please call the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) at 202-433-9225 or 800-479-9685.
