Jesse Conger, 37, vanished the morning of August 14, 2019, from his apartment complex in the 8500 block of McDowell Road in Scottsdale, Ariz. He was reported missing by his girlfriend the following day on August 15.

Jesse served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years, deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan and suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) since leaving the military.

According to Natasha Harwell, Jesse's girlfriend of 5 years, "he laid in for all of Monday and all of Tuesday, and that's normally not like him." Harwell noticed his gun was missing but his identification, credit card, and other personal belongings we are left in the house. The morning he went missing he did not have his service dog with him.

Jesse had recently moved from Utah to Phoenix and possibly driving a silver 2015 Toyota Camry with Nevada license plate 696G03.

In an effort to help the search, Twitter Philanthropy Inventor Bill Pulte sent out a tweet reading, "I am offering a $30,0000 reward to the person who finds missing combat veteran Jesse near Lees Ferry, AZ. Trail Heads, Vistas and Lookout Points. Bring our brother in arms home!"
