His partner, Victoria Michelle Cravitz, was charged with three counts of rape in the first degree and one count of sodomy in the first degree. In October 2000, federal arrest warrants were issued for the couple in the United States District Court, Medford, Ore., on, after both were charged with unlawful flight from prosecution.

 

Shaw was born in Massachusetts on May 12, 1946, and described as a white male, 5' 4"  - 5' 6" height, approximately 135 lbs, with brown eyes and brown graying hair. He has unknown tattoos on his right and left forearms, hands, and back. He has tattoos of spiders, skulls, snakes, and the words "Son of Satan" on his chest.

 

Shaw is an artist who paints, sketches and carves Native American art. He could possibly frequent art shows and flea markets selling his art.

 

He has used the following aliases: David Earl Shaw, Dave E. Shaw, Chip Shaw, Leon Shaw, Leon H. Shaw, Jr., Leon Henry Shaw, Jay Thunder, Tony Lee. He has ties to Oregon, California, Washington, Alaska, Massachusetts and British Columbia, Canada.

 

Shaw is considered armed and dangerous. He may have survivalist skills and may be traveling with his common-law wife Victoria Michelle Cravitz.

 

Victoria Cravitz was living under the name of Jennifer Larsen in Chatham, Washington County, Mississippi. Leon Shaw became ill and passed away of natural causes at a local hospital. When attempting to get a death certificate, questions about his true identity alarmed citizens who contacted the FBI.

Cravitz was arrested on July 25, 2018.
